Representing VW, Audi and Seat, Richard Alexander Limited have now established six vehicle showrooms throughout the region and a reputation of exceptional customer care, honesty and integrity. The car manufacturers all present a strong brand presences, however, Richard Alexander themselves had no recognizable company image thus not getting the recognition they had earned from good service.

Develop a brand for Richard Alexander which could be applied across the group, to represent the company's values and make customers understand the difference between a Volkswagen dealer and a RA Volkswagen dealer. All communication methods were evaluated and aligned with the new brand including, stationery, intranet, web site, exhibition vehicles, vans and POS.
